By completing this survey, you agree to the following:

One (1) $50 Bicycle Glass Co. gift card will be awarded to one randomly selected participant who completes the survey during the entry period. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

The survey is open to U.S. residents age 18 or older. The survey and giveaway entry period closes on 01/13/2026 at 11:59 PM CT.

The winner will be selected at random and notified via the email address provided in the survey within 3–7 days of the survey closing. If the selected winner does not respond within 7 days, another winner may be selected.

The gift card has no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash. The gift card may be used by the winner or shared with a friend or family member.

Bicycle Glass Co. reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway if circumstances beyond our control require it.
